Turn Of Phrase, born 23rd Jan 1999, gelding by Cadeaux Genereux. A winner of 3 races, both on the flat and over hurdles. He is in training with Brian Ellison in Malton.
We bought this guy at the Doncaster sales, and he is a gentleman of a horse. He is a real old pro, who knows exactly what the game is all about. He is so genuine and a pleasure to ride. He will serve members equally well, both over hurdles and on the flat. He is not a horse that we want to put over fences, but with his speed and stamina he wont need to. A great horse and he has plenty more racing and hopefully victories in him
"Turn of phrase has a great turn of foot!" He runs on the flat - 1m 2f upwards and over hurdles.
